By purchasing from Mastam Scents, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure transparency, trust, and a smooth experience for all our valued customers.

🛍️ Product Authenticity

All Mastam Scents products are 100% authentic and crafted using premium ingredients. We do not sell replicas, diluted oils, or counterfeit fragrances.

📦 Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days across Pakistan.
Mastam Scents reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including stock availability or courier issues.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you’re not satisfied with the fragrance, you may request an exchange:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for courier charges when sending the item back to our warehouse.
Once received and inspected, we’ll dispatch your selected replacement fragrance.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the case of damaged or broken perfume bottles received upon delivery.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Clear photos and order details must be submitted for verification.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for refund.
