At Mastam Scents, we believe in delivering fragrances that elevate your presence. If your experience isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right — with fairness, clarity, and care.
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you’re not satisfied with the fragrance you received, we offer a one-time exchange option.
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for courier charges when sending the item back to our warehouse.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch your selected replacement fragrance.
Note: Exchanges are only valid for products purchased directly from Mastam Scents.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the case of damaged or broken perfume bottles received upon delivery.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- To initiate a refund, please send clear photos of the damaged item on whatsapp number : 03363003150 along with your order details.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important:
Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund. Mastam Scents will not be held responsible for damage reported beyond this window.
