If your experience isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right — with fairness, clarity, and care.🔄 Exchange PolicyIf you’re not satisfied with the fragrance you received, we offer a one-time exchange option.You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.The perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.Customers are responsible for courier charges when sending the item back to our warehouse.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch your selected replacement fragrance.Note: Exchanges are only valid for products purchased directly from Mastam Scents.💸 Refund PolicyRefunds are only applicable in the case of damaged or broken perfume bottles received upon delivery.Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.To initiate a refund, please send clear photos of the damaged item on whatsapp number : 03363003150 along with your order details.If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.Important:Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
